Rustic Glitz

We’ve been working on this Pinterest board for a while…and could barely choose which elements to include on our board! It’s been getting quite the response, too. Seems like there is something of an appetite for elevating the homey elements of barns and Ball jars with crystal and glitter and beautiful, sweeping fabric.
What I love most about it is the idea that just a few, special touches can make anywhere seem like the most magical place in the world. Add some fairy lights, don’t skimp on the sparkle, keep the palette muted, play up the space, and make your day look as special as it feels. Swanky and sophisticated while still staying warm and inviting? Absolutely!

One of my faves for the fact that as you stated, simple touches can make anywhere your special place. Some venues are so incredible on their own I think they almost steal the show and take the focus off the event. Obviously this isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but it’s got my heart!
This might be a long shot, but please tell me where that barn is. Ive been looking for a barn just like that for our wedding venue but I cannot find one at all! I just love this rustic look and I really hope my wedding can look just like this picture.
